Deborah is a highly skilled Master stylist. Through her 21 years of experience, Deborah has managed, owned and operated salons ranging from Florida, Michigan, Colorado and Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She had been a certified Matrix mentor, Wella gold star color specialist, Aveda global technical director, NCA member, American cancer society volunteer and was the Technical Educator for Scruple Professional Hair Care Products. Working hands-on behind stage and on stage at hair shows all over the state. Deborah also traveled the state going into salons and beauty schools to share her knowledge and train other hair designers in new color products and techniques.

Deborah is passionate about her career. "I believe there is acceptable and then there is exceptional!" says Deborah when talking about her goals as a hair designer.

"My goal is to exceed the expectation of every person that I meet". When a client says, "I love it!" it is music to her ears….

Leigh Raeder
Artistic Designer/Director
Master Stylist

Leigh is an artistic Designer, co-owner, and co-founder of NOW & ZEN Hair Industry. Through her 15 years experience, she has trained with several leading companies in the hair care industry. She has become a master colorist with Schwarzkopf Professional, a highly respected and innovative name in color technologies. Leigh has been certified for 4 years, with So. Cap Hair Extensions, a leader in the bond extension industry. Leigh has always been pro-active in continuing education from top educators including: Bumble and Bumble, Frederik Fikkai, Aveda, Farouk, Pivot Point International, Rusk, Scruples, and others.

She is a member of The National Cosmetologists Association. Leigh has recently become a certified Motives® Make up Consultant. She has received in depth training to assist clients with makeup lessons and achieves the perfect look for you with new Motives® Custom Minerals and Custom Liquid Foundations. She will select the colors that work best with your skin to enhance your natural beauty.

Alicia Hernandez
Stylist

Alicia is a 21 year old graduate of V.C. Beauty College, Milwaukee. Alicia jumps in on all the action. She is a strong competitor in the fashion world, competing in formal styling and fashion forward hair coloring. Alicia is trained in all aspects of the beauty business, and looks forward to expanding her knowledge of the beauty industry by learning the newest trend setting techniques.

Shannon Shircel
Senior Master Designer

Shannon is a passionate and charismatic stylist. She has gained four years of experience starting with an apprenticeship, moving to hip and trendy salons where she has expanded her creative horizon. Shannon's forte is special occasion styles. Her passion stems from a need to fulfill every clients wish. She loves to create new and exciting looks with fun color and cutting techniques. As a stylist she is dedicated to learning and growing in the industry by keeping up with education and product knowledge. She is excited to be a part of the NOW & ZEN Hair Industry team and looks forward to meeting you!

Marcee Zimmermann
Artistic Master Stylist

Marcee has been enjoying her career in the beauty industry for over 8 years.  Marcee was previously employed at Entourage Salon & Spa, but it was due time for her to start her own business within NOW & ZEN Hair Industry. Marcee's talent has taken her to expert level of all areas in the beauty world with a variety of education including: Color coach Education 3+ years, Cut Coach 2+ years, Pure Form Cutting & Color, Fall/winter/spring/ summer Trends color & cut, Special Occasion Hair Dressing, Razor cutting with Gerald Scarpicci, men's cutting, Fashion Week-Aveda, Scruples She specializes in fun cuts with trendy color placement as seen on fashion runways, along with Special Occasion Hair Dressing.

Von Vongkhamsaeng
Senior Master Designer

Von is artistic and ambidextrous. She is the latest trend and fashion of the hair industry. Through her 6 years of customer service and starting with an apprenticeship at Regis Corporation, she understands the broad spectrum of the hair industry. She loves innovative hair cutting techniques, is creative in up-do's/formal styles, and is knowledgeable in chemicals such as color and texture services. Von provides thorough consultation with every client she interacts with, giving them a new look that meets their lifestyle. Von is always on the look out for new trends by attending hair shows and competitions. Her recent accomplishment was 4th place winner of the "Skills USA" competition in Madison, WI. competing in "Artistic Up-do's, Haircuts, and Finished styles".

 Kari Zwerg

Kari has over 9 years experience.  She loves to give new looks & works with her clients thoroughly to achieve their perfect look.  She has advanced training in cutting, updos and men's cuts.  One of her clients wrote: "Kari bends over backwards to fit you in and her cut and color is always right on. Seriously, random people stop me on a weekly basis to tell me how cute my haircut is. She also is not afraid to tell you if a cut would not look great on your hair- she is a true professional and wants you to look your best."
